Vital Health Care Group (Vital HCG) is a medical center operating three (3) clinic locations in the Miami, Florida area, offering primary medical care, laboratory services, ultrasound, x-ray, electrocardiograms, IV therapy, weight management, immigration services, and related services. This website allows users to request information, schedule appointments, and communicate with our team.

- Marketing: promotions, updates, and service offers from Vital HCG clinics (only if you specifically check that box).
Message frequency may vary based on your account activity or active campaigns. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.

SMS consent is NOT a condition of receiving medical care or using our services.
Vital HCG does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
